Shoes and Custom Inserts

DIABETIC SHOES AND INSERTS

After much consideration, we are sad to announce that we are having to discontinue billing insurances for diabetic shoes and inserts and are no longer able to offer diabetic shoes and inserts services.

However, there's still good news...

We are still offering orthopedic shoes and custom inserts as a cash-pay option for patients who need our services. Please see the  service information below:

Custom Shoe Inserts

$400 per pair

Custom foot orthotics or custom functional shoe inserts last much longer and are more durable than diabetic inserts. These can be fit to your current shoes, which makes them easier to be worn and used, while still providing cushion and protection to the wearer long-term.

Orthopedic or
Extra-depth Shoes

$155 per pair

Styles available are intended to provide function and protection and are somewhat style-limited, but guaranteed to be appropriate for your medical needs.

PACKAGE OPTION

$500 PKG

Package includes one pair of orthopedic/extra-depth shoes and one pair of high-quality, longer-lasting, custom inserts.
($55 Discount)

Above services include:
1 -- The initial exam            2 -- Fitting and adjustments            3 -- Follow-up care for 90 days no extra charge

From the Owners:

Dear Loyal Patients,

We want you to know that we have spent hours reviewing our resources and weighing our options to try to find a way to continue to provide services to our community. We did not make this decision or this change easily. We love serving our community, but due to rising costs and low reimbursements it has become too great of a burden to our business to continue these services.

Nevertheless, we recognize the need for quality products and service in regard to shoes and inserts! For this reason we are still willing to offer custom inserts and orthopedic shoes in a manner that still makes them accessible to you in a format that we believe is a better, long-term solution to troubled feet. In the above manner, we hope to be able to continue to provide this as an alternative option instead of removing services altogether. Thank you to all our patients and providers for understanding and continuing to support our business!
